Wanted to let people know that I will be giving several major readings in the Boulder/Denver area over the next two months. It's all part of celebrating the release this year of my 8th book (Looking Into the Machinery: The Selected Longer Poems of Jared Smith, from Tamarack Editions, and my 9th, Grassroots, from Wind Publications. I hope everyone can join me at one or another event. They are:

September 14th at Boulder Public Library's Canyon Theater in the main building, from 7-8 PM. Free
September 23rd at The Bookery Nook in Denver, from 7-8 PM. Free
October 15, Book Release Party, reading and signing at Loveland Gallery/Museum in Loveland, from 6:30-8:30 PM. With eats and music. Free
October 23rd, Workshop at Loveland Gallery/Museum, 1:30-2:30 PM. There is a fee for Members and Non-Members, please check with Museum.
